Nitro League focuses on the NFT space
The Nitro League, a decentralized play-to-earn racing game, is now expanding into the NFT space with a multi-pronged approach. With a successful head start, it aims to make virtual racing appealing to the general public.
Following Nitro League’s resounding success since its Initial DEX Offering (IDO) on Polkastarter, the play-to-earn game continues to become widely known across all platforms. Furthermore, with its shifted focus on blockchain gaming and non-fungible tokens (NFTs), the team announced new projects to look forward to in March 2022—Virtual Garage, a New NFT Marketplace, and single track gameplay.
In detail, the virtual garage is a state-of-the-art space for players to spend time. What’s more, it features digital controls and robotic machinery with an easy-to-use interface equipped with unique functions. Here, players can showcase their collections of NFTs, upgrade their cars, compete in mini-games, and interact with the whole Nitroverse community.
The new NFT marketplace will allow players to buy, sell, and trade NFTs that represent in-game items like headlights, engines, decals, hoods, paint jobs, boosters, and taillights to name a few.
