Nitro League focuses on the NFT space
The Nitro League, a decentralized play-to-earn racing game, is now expanding into the NFT space with a multi-pronged approach. With a successful head start, it aims to make virtual racing appealing to the general public.
Following Nitro League’s resounding success since its Initial DEX Offering (IDO) on Polkastarter, the play-to-earn game continues to become widely known across all platforms. Furthermore, with its shifted focus on blockchain gaming and non-fungible tokens (NFTs), the team announced new projects to look forward to in March 2022—Virtual Garage, a New NFT Marketplace, and single track gameplay.
In detail, the virtual garage is a state-of-the-art space for players to spend time. What’s more, it features digital controls and robotic machinery with an easy-to-use interface equipped with unique functions. Here, players can showcase their collections of NFTs, upgrade their cars, compete in mini-games, and interact with the whole Nitroverse community.
The new NFT marketplace will allow players to buy, sell, and trade NFTs that represent in-game items like headlights, engines, decals, hoods, paint jobs, boosters, and taillights to name a few. Each player can choose the look and feel of their car according to their taste. Indeed, this will pave the way for the rise of the rarity of NFT assets.
To note, Nitro League has always prioritized customer satisfaction. Since then it has been collecting feedback to diversify the virtual racing world. As a result, it decided to focus on virtual garage and the NFT marketplace.
Nitroverse, Nitro League’s metaverse, allows players to gain access to a fully operational innovative racing game placed in a sandbox environment. Tokens can be earned based on a player’s skill.
Consequently, Nitroverse is known to integrate two of the trendiest topics in the technology sector today, cryptocurrency and eSports. And in other news, Nitro League has formed a partnership with DAFI Protocol and Polinate.
